Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide premium-quality Vedic astrology consultations. Below are our policies regarding refunds and appointment cancellations.

1. Rescheduling Appointments

You can reschedule your slot at least 24 hours prior to the session start time by emailing us at contact@vishalastro.com. Rescheduling requests received within 24 hours of the appointment will not be accepted, and the slot will be considered completed.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

- Cancellations requested 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment qualify for a 100% refund.
- No refunds are provided for "no-shows" where the client fails to join the virtual call within 15 minutes of the scheduled time.
- Digital PDF reports and downloaded video courses are non-refundable once generated or accessed.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are routed back to the client's original payment method (bank account, UPI, credit card) within 5 to 7 operational days.
